  • INspire by Beares offers various payment options; credit card, EFT, direct bank deposit, in-store payments (Beares stores) or debit credit (credit accounts only).

  • To apply for credit simply complete the application form on this website or send a free SMS with the keyword ‘CREDIT’ to 37232 and we will call you back! To process your credit application, INspire by Beares needs documentation from you. You can send this to us in the following ways:

  • INspire by Beares offers a credit facility account with repayment terms of up-to 12 months. 6 monthly instalments are INTEREST FREE and 12 Monthly instalments will include a 17,5% interest.

  • Once your INspire by Beares account is open, a once-off account initiation fee of R150 will be charged on the day of your first purchase on your credit facility account. This fee can be paid in full on the day or added to your monthly instalments.
  • INspire by Beares will charge a monthly service fee of R35 if there is a current outstanding balance on your account. Click here to view our cost of credit table.
  • Delivery fees for deliveries within 5km of dispatching store are included in the advertised instalment amount.

  • Yes. We deliver nationwide.

  • The delivery fee for deliveries within 5km from the dispatching store are included in the advertised instalment amount. If your delivery address is further than 5kms, please discuss fee with one of our sales consultants.

  • Once your order is processed, we will contact you to arrange delivery date and time. If no one is available to accept your delivery, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date and time.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 business days of receipt of delivery. Your purchase can be returned to your closest Beares store or we will collect at our cost. If the returned products are in original condition (unused and returned with all instructions, accessories, and parts) in original packaging we will provide a refund.

  • Most of our comforter sets are available in queen size and fit both double and queen beds. Matching sheet sets are available separately in either double or queen.
  • Our combo sets, which include both a duvet cover and comforter are available in queen size.

  • Unfortunately, not, we offer one style/colour in the 1-Room option and another two styles/colours in the 2-Room option.

  • Our sheets sets are available in white and grey, colours sure to suit whichever bed linen set you choose.

  • Our collections are made from 95gsm brushed microfibre which is crease-resistant and pile-free. Some of our sets have a printed design, some have an embroidered or stitched-on design and others made with jacquard (patterns are weaved in).

    • Make sure the dishes you choose aren’t too large to fit on a dish rack or on the shelves of your dishwasher.
    • Whatever method you choose to wash your dishes, it’s best to clean and dry them as quickly as possible after use to keep them looking their best over time.

  • Although stainless steel is an extremely durable material, it is not a great heat conductor, therefore all our cookware has a 2mm aluminium + 0.5mm encapsulated bottom. Aluminium is a great heat conductor.

  • Yes, all our stainless-steel cookware has induction plates at their base. This is not encapsulated but underneath the stainless steel to ensure that it contacts the induction cooker to switch it on.

  • Yes, stainless steel is scratch-resistant.

  • No, stainless steel is warp resistant.

  • Yes, when used on the stove. Pots and pans with handles should not be placed inside the oven.
